This online training program is designed to prepare college students and other paraprofessionals for working with academic coaching and tutorial groups. Each of the four modules focuses on a different aspect of the role an academic coach plays in helping students achieve success in their courses.

This multi-media program will take you on a journey through the academic coaching process, complete with instruction on how to approach academic coaching, video of model coaching and inadequate coaching, engaging interactivities, opportunities for reflection, assignments where you practice new skills, and suggestions on how to handle predicaments that may arise during coaching.
